VISION

Establishment of a self governed society with the help of local community, which could help others to lead a respectful life in the atmosphere of exploitation free, gender unbiased and free from feelings of caste, creed and religion.

MISSION

Empowerment of the lowest strata of the society by involving individuals, community, intellectuals and all others who believe in it.

OBJECTIVES

• To train women and men from village to act as volunteers and catalyst for development of the village and community.
• To train village youth who may become builders of their village and creator of their own culture and history.
• To cooperate with the development activities of the Govt. and other agencies so that all the efforts may, without any duplication and complication, serve the cause of the target people.
• To carry out research and documentation as well as dissemination of relevant information for improving and sustaining the development process as networking service.
